Below you will find a tutorial teaching you how to create a label from a CSV database
1. creating labels from a CSV database
a)
Open up the labeller software

You will see a "Labels" tab. This will be the third tab along on the top row.

After clicking on the tab you will see a drop down menu, we want to click on the "New label" button.

After clicking the "New label" button, a dialog should appear.

You will see the "Layout name" text field, here you will want to enter the name of your file.
You can now click the "Next" button

After clicking the "next" button, the dialog will change to the one in the image above.

You will see a scroll bar, and will have to scroll to the right to find the "CSV file" image. Select that image.

After selecting the "CSV file" to show where the label will come from,
You then click the "next" button.

After clicking the previous "next" button, a new dialog will appear, like in the image above.
You can simply click the "create" button.

After clicking the "create" button, your files will open and you can find the CSV file you are wanting to use.

After finding the correct CSV file you want to use you can click "open".

The above dialog is what will now show, here is where you will create a label from the CSV file.

Click on the Barcode icon (we have highlighted it in red for you) in the tools bar, this will generate the barcode.
Then move the barcode down to the bottom section of the blank page.
In the options box, change from format to Data source.

Next click the "get data from" drop down menu and select "CSV file".
Then Select which column from the CSV file you want to use.

Click on the "text" icon (we have highlighted it in red for you) in the tools bar.
This will create a Text box.
Next click the "Get data from" drop down menu and select CSV file, then select which CSV column you want to grab data from.
This data will be entered into the text box you just added.

Now click the "preview" button to see what your label will look like before printing.

A dialog will pop asking if you want to save the changes to the layout.
Click the "yes" button.

Labeller will grab the details you inputted and generate the correct label you need.
